Set a player's personal spawn point.

Syntax

Parameters

targetsoptional
entity selector
Players whose spawn to set.
posoptional
block coords
Spawn location. Defaults to executor's position.

Configure the options below to generate a ready-to-paste /spawnpoint command.

Off = the target's current location.
/spawnpoint @p

Examples

  • Set your own spawn to your current position.

  • Set everyone's spawn to (0, 70, 0).

Permission level

/spawnpoint requires Cheats (op level 2). In single-player you need the world's "Allow Cheats" toggle on. On a multiplayer server you need to be opped — see /op.
