Minecraft Wizard Tower Generator
Build a round mage tower with a tall, pointed roof. Set the diameter, the body height, and the roof height — the body stacks as identical circles and the roof tapers to a single-block spire. Switch to the 3D view to orbit the finished tower.
Layer 1 of 28 — build bottom-up with the slider. The number after each row is its block count.
How to build a wizard tower
- Set the diameter of the round body and the body height of the straight walls.
- Build the bottom ring, then stack identical copies straight up for every body layer — they’re all the same circle.
- Above the body the layers taper: each roof ring is smaller than the one below, ending in a point. Use the slider to read each cone layer, or the 3D view to preview the spire.
- Add floors, windows, and a balcony inside the hollow shell. For the floor discs, the circle generator gives you the matching cross-section.
FAQ
How do you build a wizard tower in Minecraft?
Set a diameter for the round body, a height for the straight walls, and a roof height for the pointed cone on top. The generator stacks the body as identical circles, then tapers each roof layer to a point. Build it layer by layer with the slider, or rotate the 3D view to see the finished shape.
What diameter makes the roundest tower?
Odd diameters (9, 11, 13) give a symmetric circle with a single-block center, which reads as the cleanest round tower. 9–13 is the classic wizard-tower range; go wider for a mage academy or castle keep.
How tall should the conical roof be?
A roof roughly as tall as the body diameter looks proportional and witch-hat sharp. Increase the roof height for a steeper spire, or lower it for a squat cap. The generator recalculates the cone taper automatically.
Should I build it hollow or filled?
Hollow gives you the open walls and roof shell you actually live in — place a floor at each level inside. Filled is only useful as a solid reference massing. The block count updates live for both so you can budget materials.
