About Splash Potion
What is the Minecraft ID for Splash Potion?
The namespaced ID is minecraft:splash_potion, used in the /give command: /give @p minecraft:splash_potion. In legacy versions before 1.13, Splash Potion used the numeric ID 438. Numeric item IDs were removed in the 1.13 "Flattening" and no longer work in modern commands.
Why does Splash Potion have a stack size of 1?
Items with stack size 1 are typically tools, weapons, armor, buckets, or unique items. They can't be combined into stacks because the game tracks their durability or contents individually.
