The namespaced ID is minecraft:knowledge_book, used in the /give command: /give @p minecraft:knowledge_book. In legacy versions before 1.13, Knowledge Book used the numeric ID 453. Numeric item IDs were removed in the 1.13 "Flattening" and no longer work in modern commands.
Why does Knowledge Book have a stack size of 1?
