About Enchanted Book
What is the Minecraft ID for Enchanted Book?
The namespaced ID is minecraft:enchanted_book, used in the /give command: /give @p minecraft:enchanted_book. In legacy versions before 1.13, Enchanted Book used the numeric ID 403. Numeric item IDs were removed in the 1.13 "Flattening" and no longer work in modern commands.
Why does Enchanted Book have a stack size of 1?
Items with stack size 1 are typically tools, weapons, armor, buckets, or unique items. They can't be combined into stacks because the game tracks their durability or contents individually.
