Craft a Chest from 8 Wooden Planks arranged in a ring around the crafting grid. Place two side by side for a large double chest.

    Any wood type works — 2 logs make 8 Planks.

    Craft the Chest

    Fill the 8 outer slots of the crafting grid with Planks, leaving the center empty.

Tips

  • Place two Chests next to each other to form a Double Chest with 54 slots.
  • A Chest won't open if there's a solid block directly above it — leave the top clear.

FAQ

Why won't my Chest open?

There's a solid (opaque) block directly above it, or a cat is sitting on it. Clear the space above the chest.
